Workout Wednesday is here, mamas! Join us for a fun, energizing workout led by Liesl DeCasas of Tiny Toes Mighty Moms—created especially for moms who want to move their bodies, feel stronger, and spend quality time with their little ones right by their side.
This class is all about moving, bonding, building confidence, and connecting with other moms in our community. No childcare needed—your little workout buddy is part of the fun!

an extra 30 min of playtime added to the end of every class
-$20 for one adult + one child
