Are Walk Ins Allowed?

While we do recommend calling in advance, when we have openings, walk-ins are definitely welcome.

Our play space time slots are set, so please plan to arrive at start times to make the most of your visit.

What If I am Late or Miss a Reservation?

We understand, life happens.

However, because we are dedicated to our schedule. Play time will not be prorated if you only come for a portion of your time slot.

We appreciate if you show up at the scheduled start times.

No call no show policy on reservations- no refund.

What if I have to Cancel a Reservation?

You can cancel your reservations over the phone with a 24 hour notice for a full refund or if you prefer to reschedule, we can apply the credit of your initial reservation to the new one. If canceled under 24 hours, your card will be charged a $5 cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding.

What is the Age Limit?

Our play space is designed for ages 6mo to 6 years. Children older than 6 are welcome to play but will be asked to be mindful of our younger guests and to play gently with the equipment in the space.

Do You Accommodate Children with Special Needs?

Absolutely! Our Play Studio is a wheelchair-accessible, fully adaptive space that is designed for all little ones to enjoy. We have taken the time to ensure our space is not too over-stimulating by being mindful of sound, lighting and equipment that offers little disturbance. If there’s anything we can do to create a more welcoming environment for your little one, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

How do you Keep the Play Studio Clean?

To maintain the health and safety of our guests, the Play Studio will close each day from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. During this time, all toys and equipment will be sanitized and reset. No guests are allowed in the play space during this time. At the end of each day, the Play Studio gets a deep cleaning and toy reset.

What kind of Cleaner do you use?

Like you, we want to make sure every child goes home feeling just as healthy as when they walked in. We have done plenty of research to ensure our facility is clean and free from any harmful germs. The cleaning agent we use is an EPA-approved botanical disinfectant that eliminates over 99.99% of germs, viruses, bacteria, and fungus. With No synthetic fragrances, dyes or bleach. Because it is made from plant extracts it is completely safe to use around children of all ages.

Can I Bring Food From Home?

Due to potential allergy-exposure, only prepackaged outside food or drinks may be brought into the Play Studio. We offer for purchase allergy-conscious snack foods and drinks along with complimentary coffee and tea. We ask to keep food and beverages in our designated dining space and out of the play areas. High allergen foods containing peanuts, egg or soy will not be permitted. To ensure all children's safety, we ask that there is no food sharing amongst children unless given permission between caregivers.

(Water bottles, breast milk and formula are allowed.)

What is Your Sickness Policy?

Keeping our guests and staff healthy is our top priority. Should you or your little one be feeling under the weather, we ask that you please do your part and stay home when either of you have signs of sickness (runny nose, cough, fever, etc.)

Should you decide to enter the Play Studio with yourself or child showing noticeable signs of illness, you will be asked to reschedule
